Our Homewatch service runs from October to March and offers your choice of a bi-weekly or monthly check. Every visit by our trusted team includes a simple checklist and light cleaning to keep your home in good order. We’ll also keep an eye out for any signs of pest activity and can connect you with a trusted local pest control partner if needed. Every Visit Includes:
Light dusting in all bedrooms, bathrooms, and main areas.
Flushing all toilets & running water in sinks, tubs & showers.
Wiping down kitchen & bathroom surfaces.
Full home walkthrough to check for leaks, mold, pest signs, or damage.
Thermostat, door &
window check.
Time-stamped photos + simple update report.
